Daytona Music LLC is looking for a General Manager for its US operations, based in Ormond Beach, FL

 

 Acitivities:

• Managing the 13,000 music rights in the company's ownership.
• Overseeing and negotiating the contracts to distribute the rights and licenses to use the music in the US.
• Manage all finances of the company.
• Be the US contact person for all requests, contracts and deals.
• Liaise with the Dutch parent entity's representatives, so as to have a unified global strategy.
• Create all US strategy.

Necessary skills:

• Specific knowledge of publishing catalogs.
• Understanding of music rights, including knowledge of how this legally functions.
• Knowledge of exploitation of music rights in the entertainment industry.
